Please note that some finer products are delicate and do require extra care.
Should you be experiencing any issues, please send us photographs of the product as well as a written explanation within 7 days from the date you receive the item to email@example.com, from where we can provide you with the returns address and code.
The product will be evaluated by our experienced team within 7 working days of us receiving it in its original packaging and will be replaced, where appropriate (otherwise we will provide you with a gift card of the same value for your next purchase). Worn earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons.
Please ensure to carefully read all the product specifications as non-faulty items cannot be refunded or exchanged. The limited warranty does not cover damage from wear and tear or that caused by accident, abuse, alterations and improper handling. Damage which occurs over time and with normal use (such as scratches on the finish, rubbing on the coating or tarnishing) can be expected and is therefore not covered by the warranty.
