The ZOMA team will package and post your item (in an appropriate ZOMA packaging and a bubble wrap envelope) with love and utmost care to ensure that your order gets to you safely and as soon as possible! Please provide a physical address for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any incomplete or mistaken information. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
We endeavor to ship all items within 1-3 days from order confirmation, between Monday and Friday. Items ordered after 12 (noon) on a Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Postage for orders within the United Kingdom is covered by ZOMA. The order should reach you within 3 to 5 working days (and be signed for on delivery). If you need next day delivery, please let us know and order before noon as we can send your order as a special delivery service (extra cost) by which you should receive your package before 1 pm on the next working day.
All our international tracked orders are covered by ZOMA if you spend over $200.00 (USD). Purchases under $200.00 (USD) will have a postage and package cost of $15.00 (USD) to anywhere in the world. Delivery to Europe occurs within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery to the rest of the world occurs within 10 to 14 working days.
For a better service, all tracking numbers will be kept for 2 months. Please contact us if your package has not arrived by the date expected.
